Vincent Leroux

Culinary Director

Paris-born Culinary Director Vincent Leroux brings over three decades of experience across Michelin-starred restaurants and leading luxury hotels worldwide.

His journey began in some of France’s most respected kitchens, including Mandarin Oriental, Le Crillon, Lucas Carton, and Relais & Châteaux, before expanding across Europe, the Caribbean, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Throughout his career, he has contributed to more than 15 Michelin stars and led landmark openings such as St. Regis Hong Kong and Jumeirah Bali.

At Kokoon, Vincent leads a contemporary culinary vision where European techniques meet Asian precision, elevated by the vibrant flavors of Indonesia. Working closely with local farmers and artisans, his approach focuses on seasonality, balance, and authenticity.

For Vincent, cuisine is about creating meaningful experiences through simplicity, emotion, and thoughtful detail.
